Odisha Transport Dept Strict Rule: No Valid Insurance Vehicle Seizure & E-Challan | Argus News The Odisha Commerce and Transport Department has adopted a tough stance against vehicles operating without valid insurance, fitness, and pollution certificates. According to State Transport Authority data, over 60% of vehicles—more than 65 lakh out of 1.01 crore registered—lack valid insurance in the state.
