Odisha Higher Education Dept Issues Guidelines For Anti-Ragging Committees | Argus News Ahead of the 2026-27 academic session, the Higher Education Department of Odisha has directed all higher educational institutions in the state to reconstruct their Anti-Ragging, Internal Complaints, and Student Grievance Redressal committees. Issued on August 5, the mandatory directive applies to all government, aided, and private degree colleges, universities, and teacher training institutions.
