The Commissionerate Police has intensified its probe into the series of bomb threats sent to various district courts in Odisha. A special team returned after interrogating the prime accused, Sharath Subramaniam Shankar, who was arrested by the Tamil Nadu ATS on July 22. Currently lodged in a Tamil Nadu jail, Shankar is being questioned by both District and Commissionerate Police regarding his motives and potential links. Officials have indicated that he might be brought to Odisha on a transit remand for further investigation.
