No More Oily Food In College Canteens? The directive aims to minimize oil usage in college hostels and canteens during food preparation. It advises replacing deep-fried breakfast items like Puri, Aluchop, and Bara with nutritious alternatives while maintaining food quality. The guidelines also prioritize traditional Ghee, Mustard oil, and Groundnut oil over imported Palm or Sunflower oil. Additionally, NSS and YRC volunteers will conduct awareness campaigns on healthy cooking habits.
