Leaking Roof & Poor Sanitation: Parents Lock Primary School In Malkangiri In Unique Protest | Argus News In a unique mark of protest, parents locked up the Chidananda Sahi Primary School near Malkangiri district headquarters after repeated complaints regarding poor infrastructure fell on deaf ears. Rainwater seeping through the classroom roofs and a complete lack of basic sanitation facilities made it impossible for children to attend classes.
