Keonjhar Rain Alert: Red Warning Issued; Schools And Colleges To Remain Closed Tomorrow | Argus News Keonjhar district is on high alert as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a 'Red Warning' for heavy to very heavy rainfall tomorrow.
