Heavy Rain Triggers Severe Waterlogging In Dhenkanal Town | Argus News Incessant rainfall has disrupted normal life in Dhenkanal municipality, leaving Ward No. 16 and 20 in the Town Planning area severely waterlogged. Streets have turned into virtual rivers with knee-deep water, blurring the line between roads and overflowing drains. Commuters, including school and college students as well as office goers, are facing immense hardship due to the artificial flooding.
