Former Judge Yashwant Varma Found Guilty By Parliamentary Committee In Money Transaction Case In a landmark development, the Parliamentary Inquiry Committee constituted by the Lok Sabha has found former Delhi High Court Judge Yashwant Varma guilty on all three counts of financial irregularities.
