Chandbali Flood Crisis: 30 Villages Cut Off As Baitarani Overflows; 5ft Water On Main Roads The second wave of floods has wreaked havoc in Chandbali block as the Baitarani river continues to swell. Over 30 villages in Aradi, Sundarpur, Nandpur, and Olaga panchayats are now submerged, leaving residents stranded.
