BMC & BDA Demolition Drive: Encroachment Cleared At Niladri Vihar | Argus News In a major joint enforcement drive, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) launched a massive eviction operation in the Niladri Vihar area.
