The attack, which occurred on November 10, claimed 11 lives when a moving car exploded in the evening. Investigating teams identified Umar-e-Nabi as the driver involved in the incident. The report highlights the growing influence of AQIS, a regional affiliate formed in 2014 to expand operations across South Asia, including India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
