The aircraft suddenly plunged about 300 feet due to severe weather conditions, causing panic among the 137 passengers and crew. The impact was so intense that luggage compartments broke and cracks appeared in the cabin ceiling. While the plane landed safely in Delhi, 8 passengers and 4 crew members sustained serious injuries and are currently receiving treatment at Medanta and Fortis hospitals.
