18th Balidan Diwas Of Swami Lakshmanananda Saraswati: Thousands Gather In Phulbani | Argus News The 18th death anniversary (Balidan Diwas) of revered saint and social reformer Swami Lakshmanananda Saraswati was observed with deep reverence in Phulbani.
